Habitat:

Threats & Dangers:
Known to transmit viruses such as Zika, dengue, and chikungunya. Extremely aggressive and bites during the day. Reduces outdoor comfort around homes.

Control Measures:
Eliminating standing water is critical. Professional larvicide treatments and barrier sprays reduce populations. Ongoing yard inspections prevent breeding.
