Habitat:
Wolf spiders live outdoors in lawns, gardens, and wooded areas. They may enter homes accidentally, especially in cooler weather. They do not build webs.
Threats & Dangers:
Not dangerous to humans. Bites are rare and mild. Often mistaken for more harmful spiders due to size.
Control Measures:
Exclusion and sealing entry points prevent entry. Outdoor habitat reduction is effective. Indoor treatment is usually unnecessary.
