Yellowjackets nest underground, in wall voids, or inside structures. They are attracted to food, trash, and sugary drinks. Activity peaks late summer.

Threats & Dangers:
Highly aggressive and capable of multiple stings. Nest disturbances can trigger swarm attacks. Stings can be dangerous for allergic individuals.

Control Measures:
Professional nest removal is strongly recommended. DIY treatments increase sting risk. Preventive sanitation reduces attraction.
