Mosquito

A mosquito is a small flying insect that feeds on nectar, but females bite animals or humans to drink blood so they can lay eggs. They have long legs, narrow bodies, and a needle-like mouth used for biting. Mosquitoes are usually found near standing water where they lay their eggs. Their bites cause itchy bumps and, in some cases, can spread diseases.
